The finishing is a new style that I call the "Japanese samurai knot".  
It's not an ordinary knot.
It is a special tying method used by Japanese samurai to secure armor and swords.
It is designed to never come loose, even in intense situations such as combat. 
Once tied, it is very difficult to untie.
